LEAD Programme

We’re proud to offer our Shift Leads the opportunity to take part in a Leadership Programme in partnership with Halesowen College, supporting their professional development and helping them build confidence and essential leadership skills.

The programme combines structured classroom learning with practical, on-the-job experience, giving participants both the knowledge and hands-on skills needed for progression. Classroom sessions cover key topics such as leadership, management and budgeting, while practical learning within the home focuses on care planning, risk assessments, supervision, appraisals, audits and practice observations.

This blended approach allows participants to apply their learning directly in real-life settings.

On successful completion, participants will achieve a recognised qualification (CMI Level 3 or equivalent), alongside valuable experience to support their future career progression.
